You Can Have It

"Each person is given something to do that shows who Great Spirit is: Everyone gets in on it, everyone benefits. All kinds of things are handed out by the Spirit, and to all kinds of people! The variety is wonderful: wise counsel,clear understanding, simple trust, healing the sick, miraculous acts, proclamation, distinguishing between spirits, tongues, interpretation of tongues." (I Corinthians 12)
I love being a kid. I love watching kids anticipate getting their favorite toy and then one day, they get it. I love watching how they take care of it, create with it, and incorporate it into their life. As a child of the Great Spirit, you too are supposed to ask for gifts. You are not just given a gift, you are supposed to ask for gifts. What gifts does the Great Spirit want to give you?
He wants to give you His power to do great things while you are here. I know some of you think, 'That's impossible. Only God can change the world. Only God has all the power." If that is your thinking, then this isn't for you, this is for believers. This is for people who believe the Great Spirit is their father who has more in store for them and an assignment to fulfill.
Great Spirit wants you to have his power so you can show the world what he can do. He wants you to give you the gift of healing, the gift of faith, prophecy, and speaking in other languages. He wants you to be Jim Almighty, Susie Almighty. He wants you to see the powerful medicine inside of you and what he is capable of doing. 
How exciting do you think it would be to see people ask for the manifestations of these spiritual gifts to see them create with them? I bet Great Spirit loves to see how we create with them and incorporate them into our life to bring miracles to the poor and needy.Today is your day to ask for the powerful gifts of the Creator. When you do, I believe and declare you will bring Heaven to earth, take your mountain, and do more than you ever imagined you could be.
PRAYER FOR TODAY
Great Spirit, Thank you for your gifts. Thank you for the baptism of the Holy Spirit, that opens the door for us to receive these gifts. Thank you for your anointing today. In the name of the Great Lion, Let this be so.

“The fears ….. will be fulfilled; the hopes of the godly will be granted.” (Proverbs 10:14 NLT) Our life will always move to what we think about most, which is why it is so important to guard your mind. If you are not careful you can think about only negative things and you become a negative person. Have you ever been around that person who only has the news channel on in their house? They are always talking about how bad things are, how things just seem to be getting worse, the world is coming to an end.
