The Power of I AM
Great Spirit replied, "I AM WHO I AM. Say this to the people: I AM has sent me to you." Exodus 3:14 The words we say about ourselves will dictate who you become. The most powerful words are I AM. These two words are powerful because they announce who you are. What follows your I AM is what matters. How many times have we said I AM lazy, I AM old, I AM sick, I AM no good. You are defining yourself. There is a story about how the Great Spirit came to a man who he wanted to use to free some people who were in slavery .This man said, "I AM not a good speaker." The Great Spirit replied,"Don't worry, just tell them I AM sent you. I AM your peace, I AM your courage, I AM your strength. I AM whatever you need me to be." Isn't it interesting the Creator said his name was I AM? The Creator of the Universes defines himself as I AM. How much more should we not define ourselves in the same way.
