In Our World
[Lewis, 2010]
"It isn't Narnia, you know," sobbed Lucy. "It's you. We shan't meet you there. And how can we live, never meeting you?"
"But you shall meet me, dear one," said Aslan.
"Are-are you there too?" said Edmund.
"I AM," said Aslan. "But there I am known by another name. You must learn to know me by that name. I reveal myself in many ways and forms. This is the very reason you were brought to Narnia, so that by knowing me here, you would know me better there."
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
GREAT SPIRIT, Thank you for revealing yourself and Aslan to us in many different forms. Thank you for the opportunity to know you for a little in one form we can know you better in another. Thank you for being one of us. By the Lion's Mane, Let this be so.
