A Door of Hope
"I will return her vineyards to you and transform the Valley of Trouble into a door of Hope and Expectation." Hosea 2:15 (Aslan Version)
We all have had times we have gone through a Valley of Trouble. A time when our health took a turn, you lost that job, or that person walked out on you. Sometimes our own thinking can keep us in the Valley of Trouble. What we need to realize is that Great Spirit does not want to keep us there. He has no intention for us to stay in a Valley of Trouble. One of the things He promises is that when we make a mess of life it can always be cleaned back up.
That is where he promises that rather than instantly deliver you, he will walk you through your Valley of Trouble to build your character, make you more like Aslan, and allow you to see that you have miracle power on the inside of you. You plus the Great Spirit is always a majority. When you expect things to change and they do you now have hope. When you have hope, your faith grows to the point that if the Great Spirit gave you the power to get through once, he will do it again.
The Great Spirit has promised that he has opened a door for you to walk through that is full of hope and expectation. You can know that things are not only getting better, but you will receive a double portion for your trouble, for your faithfulness, your perseverance. No matter what you are facing you can know that a door has been opened for you. That door is of hope and expectation that you not only will overcome, but you will come out better. You will come out with twice the joy, twice the influence, twice the faith. I believe and declare this is your season to receive everything back you lost and live a life of hope and expectation.
PRAYER FOR TODAY
GREAT SPIRIT, Thank you for opening the door for me to walk through my valleys into a life of hope and expectation. Thank you for not only restoring everything I lost, but for making me more like the Great Lion in the process, In the name of the Great Lion, Let this be so.
